Sophie Buhai offers returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours; once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label and return instructions via email.

  Pack Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original branded pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
